How to reach Matera

The two easiest ways of flying into Italy en route to Matera, are by landing at either:

• The Bari International Airport located about 75 miles east of Matera
  
  Shuttle service from the Airport to Matera (about 75 mins)

• The Naples International Airport, located just outside of the city of Naples, abt 100 miles northwest of Matera.
